What happens when you mix spicy Cajun seasoning, lively music, and a bunch of hungry coworkers? You get the ultimate crawfish boil extravaganza as we hosted our annual ‘Battle for the Paddle’!
Last Friday, Hoist & Crane transformed into a bustling Cajun paradise as we gathered for a shell-crackin’, tail-poppin’, finger-lickin’ good time! Our very own Cajun chefs, complete with their signature aprons and seasoned expertise, manned the pots like culinary wizards, ensuring each batch was cooked to spicy perfection.
Staff spent weeks preparing and perfecting their recipes, and fueled by laughter, camaraderie, and of course, buckets upon buckets of crawfish, it was a true testament to the power of good food and good company, bringing us all closer together one claw at a time.
Big thanks to those that participated and even more thanks to those that were there to eat! We love getting a chance to take time away from a busy schedule and have a little fun, especially when we bring our real families into our work families. Until next year, get those recipes ready!
