Master Tech Program
Recognizing the Masters of Their Craft
At Hoist & Crane, technical excellence isn’t just a goal—it’s a culture.
Our Master Tech Program represents the highest level of commitment. This select group of highly trained tachs and leaders sets the standard for safety, service, and mentorship across our entire organization.
Setting the Standard
The Master Tech Program recognizes the top-performing technicians in our company—those who combine technical mastery with leadership, reliability, and a drive to make others better.
Each Master Tech began in our Fast Track program and now serves as a mentor for the full field team, guiding inspections, troubleshooting, and site supervision. Using tools like the Hard Hat Cam, they can see what techs see in real time and offer on-the-spot guidance and support during live site visits.
