Through focused training, hands-on experience, and dedicated support, Fast Track participants acquire the tools they need to advance more quickly, while ensuring our customers receive the highest standard of service.
Fast Track Basic
This six-month program is designed for those who show exceptional potential. Hosted at our corporate training facility, the immersive program combines two weeks of training each month with a mix of classroom instruction and hands-on practice. Participants strengthen their technical skills, gain troubleshooting and repair experience, and build a solid foundation for long-term growth in the crane service industry.
Requirements

- Nomination from leadership
- Interview with CEO/COO
- Technician Levels 1–4
Highlights
- Covers codes and standards, Power Train, Electrical, Overhead Crane Operations, Doors & Docks, and Inspections

Fast Track ADVANCED
For technicians ready to move beyond the fundamentals, the Fast Track Advanced program offers next-level training focused on leadership, advanced technical skills, and preparing for management opportunities. Designed to build on the foundation of Fast Track Basic, this program equips employees with the knowledge and confidence to lead teams, oversee complex projects, and play a larger role in driving our company forward.
