Qualifications:

Production Planner

Summary Description:

The Production Planners basic duties include maintainig job cost and expenses (labor, material, tooling, etc.) Production Planners set up jobs as well as procure material, tooling, and manpower. They schedule jobs in conjunction with Branch Manager and check job progress. They maintain backlogs, work in progress and billing until job is closed. Production Planners maintain personnel files and co-ordinate with the Corporate Human Resource Deptartment.

Duties:

• Job setup, purchasing/expediting, scheduling and backlog
• Prepares billing and maintains job cost
• Data Entry/Filing/Answer Phones
• Customer/Employee Relations
• Maintain files
• Supports Branch Manager in various duties
• Oversees office Equipment, Supplies
• Co-ordinate with Human Resource Deptartment

 Qualifications:

• Business Degree or equivalent
• Three - Five years Clerical/Office Experience
• Computer Skills (Word, Excel, etc.)
